| We went to the Oregon State Fair where Anna Brown was showing Malva's daughter, Solway Farm Lady Slipper. I started thinking that Malva and Lady Slipper might fit well in our breeding program. Thanks to Anna Brown of Camanna's Petite Paradise for letting these does come to our herd! Unfortunately Malva lost her kid in utero; she became septic and died on the table during a c-section to try to save her. We are still devastated.
