We were able to add Pachacuti to the 'bus' from Maine, and I am very glad to have him here. I love his width, angularity, and high escutcheon. We are very grateful to Cheryle Moore-Smith of Old Mountain Farm for allowing him to come to the west coast. Pachacuti is named after an Incan ruler, who earned this name meaning 'reformer of the world' or 'earth shaker'. While we are not hoping for earthquakes, we are hoping to reform our herd into miniature dairy goats -- with width, angularity, and grace.
